The philosophy of Elaine’s Family Day Care is based upon the belief that each child is unique and deserves every opportunity to reach his or her highest potential. We believe the parents are the primary educators of the children and we cooperatively accept participation with the parents in the growth of each child.

Within a family-oriented atmosphere, we strive to help our children grow intellectually, socially and emotionally in order that they may learn to live as healthy, happy, responsible and respectful young people. Creating a positive environment creates a positive child.
